Processing Fee Payment

There are three options:

Option 1. Processing fee payment at the Cashier’s Office in UP Manila

Office Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 2:00PM

Instructions:
After payment, photocopy the official receipt and submit it to the National Graduate Office for the Health Sciences (NGOHS) or send a copy of the receipt through the NGOHS email (
upm-ngohs@up.edu.ph).

Option 2. Processing fee payment via Land Bank linkBiz portal

If you have an existing Landbank account, follow the instructions here.

If you have no existing LandBank account, you may transfer online. Note to select “processing fee’ as transaction type, and not application fee. You will also need to enter your billing/SOA number. You may request it following the instructions here.

Details needed in payment:
Bank Name: Landbank of the Philippines
Branch: Nakpil Branch
Account Name: University of the Philippines Manila (UP Manila)
Account Number (Peso): 0591-0558-52

Instructions:
After payment, email the Confirmation Receipt together with the Billing/SOA to
cash@post.upm.edu.ph and to upm-ngohs@up.edu.ph.

Option 3. Processing fee payment via OTC (ECPAY, Bayad Express, 7eleven, Bayad Center, Cebuana Lhuillier etc.)

Instructions: 

  1. Go to https://www.landbank.com and click Link.Biz Portal 
  2. Select Merchant [University of the Philippines Manila] 
  3. Fill out the required fields 
  4. Choose Cash Payment Option 
  5. Present the generated reference number 
  6. Print/Save Confirmation Receipt 
  7. Email the Confirmation Receipt together with the Billing/SOA to cash@post.upm.edu.ph and to upm-ngohs@up.edu.ph
