The UP College of Nursing is an accessible location both through public and private modes of transportation, since it is located at Taft Avenue and is near an LRT station. Provided below are different options on how to get to UPCN.

By train

The Light Rail Transit 1 can take you to the college. LRT 1 runs from Baclaran to Roosevelt Stations. You can get off the train at the Pedro Gil Station. If you come in the direction of Baclaran Station, you still need to cross the street as the college is located on the other side. If you come in the direction of Roosevelt on the other hand, you don’t need to cross the street. Walk inside Pedro Gil street, to the direction of the Petron Gas Station and the first gate you see on your right leads straight to UPCN.  

By jeepney

Ride a jeepney with a Pedro Gil UN PGH signage. If you come from the south, jeepneys usually go inside Remedios Street to avoid traffic in Taft Avenue.  You can get off at the intersection of Leon Guinto Street and Pedro Gil Street or the intersection of Agoncillo Street and Pedro Gil Street. Walk towards the direction of Taft Avenue. Once you get to Taft, cross the street, and enter through the UPM gate in front of Petron Gas Station to get to UPCN.

It’s easier if the jeepney does not make a turn at Remedios Street and goes straight to Pedro Gil Taft. You can get off at Pedro Gil LRT Station. Then proceed across the street, and enter through the UPM gate in front of Petron Gas Station to get to UPCN.

If you come from the north, ride a jeepney with a Pedro Gil UN PGH signage. Get off at Pedro Gil LRT station and walk inside Pedro Gil street, to the direction of the Petron Gas Station and the first gate you see on your right leads straight to UPCN.

By UV express van

You can ride a van with a Pedro Gil UN PGH signage and get off at Pedro Gil LRT Station. If you come from the south, you can also ride a van with the SM Fairview signage since it will go in the same direction. Cross the street, and enter through the UPM gate in front of Petron Gas Station to get to UPCN. 

If you come from the north, you don’t need to cross the street. Walk inside Pedro Gil street, to the direction of the Petron Gas Station and the first gate you see on your right leads straight to UPCN

By private car

For easier navigation, you can use the waze app and insert this address: UP College of Nursing, Pedro Gil St, Ermita, Manila, 1000 Metro Manila. Securing a parking spot inside the college is difficult however. You can park beforehand in Robinsons Place Manila. It will take about a 15-minute walk from the Pedro Gil side of the mall to the UPM gate situated in front of Petron in which UPCN is located. 

By taxi

Hailing a taxi is quite easy because the college is located near the mall. You can tell the cab driver to drop you off at UPM gate in front of Petron or near the Pedro Gil LRT Station. 

By a car booking app

By bus

You can usually ride a bus to the college if you come from the south. Buses that have Lawton or SM Fairview signages navigate through Taft Avenue as well. Get off at Pedro Gil LRT Station, cross the street, and enter through the UPM gate in front of Petron Gas Station to get to UPCN.
