Adult Health Nursing
The Adult Health Nursing specialty group is composed of faculty whose clinical and research expertise are on medical and surgical nursing and care delivered in adult acute and critical care settings. In the baccalaureate program, the faculty provide expertise in the adult health nursing component of all courses across year levels. In the master’s program, the specialty group is in-charge of providing instruction in the Adult Health Nursing track.

Maternal and Child Health Nursing
The Maternal and Child Nursing specialty group provides necessary expertise in the maternal and child nursing courses in the baccalaureate program and they take charge of the Women’s Health and Child Health track in the master’s program. The specialty group is composed of expert faculty in both maternal, women, and pediatric care.

Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing
The Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing specialty group is responsible for the track in the master’s program of the same name. The faculty also provides expert instruction in human development, mental health promotion, community mental health, and psychiatric nursing courses in the baccalaureate program.

Public Health Nursing
The Public Health Nursing specialty group is responsible for all public health nursing courses in the baccalaureate program including that of family health nursing and care of population groups. They are also responsible for implementing the intensive nursing experience in the community for senior students. The specialty group also implements the master’s courses for the Public Health Nursing track in the master’s program.

Nursing Administration
The Nursing Administration specialty group is composed of faculty whose expertise and experience is heavy on administration and governance. They provide expert instruction for the nursing leadership course in the baccalaureate program and they implement the courses for the Nursing Administration track in the master’s program.
